GOALS AND PRIORITIES
By adopting the highest socially responsible investment (SRI) standards, we aim to generate a tangible positive impact on the territories where we operate, creating social and environmental value alongside economic returns. Specifically, the Arpinge Group’s strategy and activities are aimed at achieving the following objectives:
Green transition and fight against climate change
- Supporting the transition to renewable and resilient power generation systems;
- Promoting the circular economy, minimizing environmental impacts and promoting the efficient use of resources;
- Fighting against climate change, supporting the achievement of net-zero emissions by 2050 and promoting adaptation and resilience strategies;
- Protecting and enhancing biodiversity through initiatives aimed at supporting natural habitats’ ecosystem services.
Sustainable infrastructure and innovation
- Development of high-quality, reliable and sustainable infrastructure with ESG factor integration throughout the investment life cycle;
- Supporting technological innovation, research, process digitization and promotion of innovative business models.
Inclusive and sustainable growth
- Supporting the real economy by creating new jobs in the territories where investments are made and helping local supply chains, to favor their transition and the integration of ESG factors;
- Promoting work environments based on equal opportunities and respect for individual rights, enhancing diversity and inclusion;
- Adopting practices to manage the health and safety of all stakeholders (employees, contractors, users and local communities) with a focus on achieving “zero accidents”.
Integrity and strong Governance
- Adopting the highest ethical and integrity standards in conducting business, in accordance with applicable best practices, to minimize the risk of non-compliance and conduct that is not in line with the principles set forth in the Code of Ethics and corporate procedures;
- Integrating ESG factors into the corporate governance of Group companies and in due diligence and investment monitoring processes;
- Promoting systematic stakeholder engagement and transparent communication practices to stakeholders.
