The simplification for infrastructure development: Arpinge at the National Congress of Accountants, Milan 15-16 October 2015
As part of the National Congress of Accountants, held in Milan on 15th and 16th October, the CEO of Arpinge Federico Merola was invited to moderate on the issue of simplifying the development of infrastructure and strategic installations, with particular attention on the draft law about the subject of concessions, public procurement (according to the directives nr. 23/24/25 of the European Parliament), the role of the accountant and Anac.
